Tata Sky — Tata sky Dish - no signal

Dear Sir / Madam My TAI am using tatasky dish. I am facing problem for last month nearly one week, after problem solved and this month more than 10days and still problem is going and TV is blank due to no signal. I am near to tambaram but inside of chennai everyone will not facing this issue. Tatasky saying overall system upgradation in all cities but How its possible in chennai people viewing all channels. The worst thing is No proper response for 10days, except daily one message will came we will clear the problemTA SKY ID IS[protected] I am using tatasky dish.
