[Resolved] Tata Sky — tata sky dish not receiving signal and extension of validity of connection | |||||
I am facing problem of not receiving signal from TATA sky DTH from 23/4/2018. The technician of Tatasky told us that next day the part called Super LNB will be replaced by him. On 24/04/2018, for the whole day (from 10.00 am to 8.00 pm), it was told by the technician that he was coming to our home within half an hour after every call. I called him at least for 5 to 6 times during that day. But he did not turn up and no call from Tatasky. I'm pursuing the complaint with its customer care staff every day for almost 5 times. The call duration is of almost half an hour. Every time I've to speak with customer care staff, then the supervisor and then the officer and no one gives any satisfactory reply about resolving the complaint. Now, I'm of the opinion that due to incapacity of the concerned supervisor team (to whom my complaint was escalated) to hold dealer/ technician responsible for not resolving the complaint, even after personal assurance from their side, the part is still not replaced. No one gives us the firm answer as to the availability of part or technicians. The answers are very much stereo-type not giving any specific solution to us. I wish that my Tatasky connection should be in working condition and the validity of my plan should be extended by the days the connection is inactive. Was this information helpful? | |||||
