[Resolved] Tata Sky — tata sky dth | |||
Im using tatasky services since 7 to 8 years. My account number is [protected]. I had recharged my account 6 months back online of around 8000rs for 1+3 tvs.in this time span one of my tv account was deactivated. I had to pay an amount of 350rs extra to activate it. I want to know the reason for this as i had made full payment for 4 tvs for 6 months. I was told that some add on packs had been added to my account but i had not requested for them. But still i was charged for the same. I had recharged for 100rs on 25th august n then after that again 250rs on 5th september. Now my account is 45rs deficit so all my 4 tvs got deactivated! Whereas in the monsoon season the tatasky services go off due to heavy rains n cloudy weather and so i count approximately 8 days of no service and in that case what about that money? I am one of your oldest premium customer and nothing has been done to resolve my issues. And this is how i am being cheated! There is no response for a complaint that i did before 8 days also.
