[Resolved] Tata Sky — tata sky dth connection | |||
I have been trying to modify my pack and have failed to do the same even after maybe 15 tries. I have raised a complaint with the tatasky and they have not yet resolved the complaint which they claim to resolve within 24hrs. My complaint numbers: 1gden073 1gdikw6t 1ghat015 The service of tatasky has gone down very much. Where they could resolve a issue on a phone call, now they have no clue as to what is happening at their end with a simple problem which can be traced by looking into their logs of the request raised by the customer and why it failed. The logs are present in the server and yet they take no action on it. I request tatasky to return the excess money charged to my account from the day i have raised the complaint till the resolution is not done. This would atleast make they accountable for the delay on the resolution which has not happened as yet. Was this information helpful? | |||
