[Resolved]  Tata Sky — tata sky dth deactivated

Tata sky is the worst service provider. Tata sky is not bothered about any customer who is suffering badly because of their loot policy.

My account was deactivated without any reason. I changed the package as per new policy on[protected] from my mobile using tata sky app. And paid 350/- for the monthly package.

But my account was de-activated on[protected], saying that they have modified my package for rs. 506/- a month on[protected], of their own without my consent and even did not bother to inform me. Thus they have looted my deposited money which was to last till[protected] but got exhausted on[protected].

This is a case of cheating and loot. Forcefully upgrading the package for higher cost without consent of customer and deducting the money which is already available with them due to pre-paid policy.

Tata sky representatives don't hear the customer complaint, not registering the complaint and disinterest in resolving a customer's complaint.

Yesterday whole day i had a telephonic conversations with helpdesk but they did nothing. They said they will call back, but did not call. They did not give any higher officers number or any information.

My account remained de-activated since 03 days, at the crucial time when the nation is in trouble and i am not able to even watch news.

I have been deprived of the tv services by tata sky since more than 03 days. Also my money have been looted by increasing the hire package cost without my consent.

I am looking forward to go to any court in india for justice.
