Tata Sky — Tata sky dth/for discontinuing one out of 2 connections

Hello,

We have two dth connections - primary and secondary. We have been trying to get one of the dth connections (Primary connection) to be discontinued as the user is away for the next 2 years.
First time date of request: 25-july. One of the agents turned up and charged rs150 for the visit to discontinue the primary connection. But no one took action.
Second time date of request: 5-aug. The customer care agent said that someone from the department would call within 24 hours to discontinue the primary connection. But no one called.
Third time date of request: 9-aug. The customer care agent said that someone from the department would call within 2 hours to discontinue the primary connection. Still no one called.
We are being charged for 2 connection despite repeated attempts to discontinue one. This is unethical. Please resolve the issue at the earliest.

I had earlier shared my subscriber id in this complaint forum and Tata Sky's support team did get in touch with me. You too should provide your subscriber ID here so that Tata Sky's support team can get in touch with you. I am sure they will try getting in touch with you too. Alternatively, you can try writing to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their helpline number at [protected]. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will assist you in deactivating one connection asap.
