Tata sky — excess charges Details : consumer id : [protected] Registered mobile no.: [protected] I have using the dhamaka pack (Rs.199/month) and recharge on 16 september 2017 which is valid up to 16 october 2017. After that on 17th september we subscribe the star sports 1 (Channel number 455) via. Tata sky customer care executive to see the match india vs australia which is not telecast on dd1 (Channel number 114). The executive told us channel is charged as 2 rupees/day i. E. 60 rupees/month and we get message that your pack is now valid up to 9 october monthly charges 259. But today on 2 october we got message that your tata sky pack is valid up to 5 october 2017 monthly charges rs. 319, then i call customer care regarding the matter they told us that at the same time they activated one more channel. I got shocked that how it can be happen because we request for only one channel i. E star sports 1. It's all fault at tata sky customer care end. Now when we complain regarding the matter we don't get any satisfactory answer. So we want refund for the same as soon as possible. Because tatasky is respondible for all these, they did fraud with us. Now we want refund asap. Was this information helpful? | |||
