Tata sky executives and technicians are not providing support for their disrupted services. Since 5 days the complaint has been lodged but their executives give false assurances that their technician team will be visiting soon but they dont assure about a specific timeline within which they will definitely address my issue. This is a constant harassment on part of support team of tata sky. Its like everyday i am losing on around rs10/- for which i dont enjoy any services. Even the support executives constantly keep on asking as what is your contact details even after i specify my tata sky id at the start of the call. Using that id they can retrieve all information regarding the account but they constantly keep on harassing the customers asking for all the details repeatedly and at the end just make false assurances stating that our tata sky executive will reach out to you shortly. But after that no calls and nothing happens. Its like cheating the consumers by taking away money and not justifying their services. I am really frustrated with this type of careless attitude on the part of service provider. Was this information helpful? | |||

Iam recharging only after 2 months...and it appears on TV that the set top box needs to be paired, please solve this problem at the earliest I'd no-[protected] register mobile no_[protected]

Hi, we understand your concern. Please remove the card and wipe it with a soft dry cloth, insert it back (The Tata Sky logo should be upward and the arrow pointing towards the Set-top box) and let us know the status.
