I faced all of a sudden 'your box not receiving signal' issue n standard msg if weather is bad to wait else ensure wires/ cables are tightly secured. As a month back relocated n ensured everything intact, it is a server end issue. When contacted customer care, they are of no help to rectify from there end n assured me technician shall reach you n rectify it without any charges if it is not any alignment or hardware issue. The technician visited n fixed it thru set top box settings-telling it is stalled due to software upgradation. After one day they charged service charge n reiterating one sentence it is our company policy.
It means they can interrupt service anytime n charge u at their own terms. They are reluctant to revert charges being a consumer we can share true experiences n notify the authority. Was this information helpful? |
