[Resolved] Tata Sky — Tata Sky fraud activation of channel

I have newly installed tata play at my home at 15July2022 and 16July2022 I have get a call to close the service request and asking for otp received.Otp is received from tata sky authorize number so i shared that OTP with them.After carefully read that message I know that this message is received to activate channel.this is big fraud happen after next day of installation of tata sky.i have called the tata sky helpline number and explain the same story but they told that tata sky never sends such OTP to activate the channel.But this message received from tatasky authorize number only because all other message received from tata sky comes from same number including appointment sms as well as subscriber I'd registration.please tell me where should I contact to take proper action against the same because tata sky refuses that they have not send the message.
