Tata Sky — Tata sky fraud regarding bill

We had made annual payment on 19th Oct 2021(Subscriber ID:[protected]) in discussion with Tata Sky agent facilitating in our area, after 6M now showing account balance is low. After connecting with call centre we came to know they charged additional payment of 299/M for Tata Play Binge FireTV Stick Premium which was not informed me or not requested from my side ever. Also they are not able to show any documents/request for that.
