Tata Sky — Tata sky fraudulently harassing consumers | |||
I am a customer of tata sky, I subscribed to their annual pack few weeks back. Similar to my earlier experience, several channels are not coming since last 10 days.Now when I complained at the customer service, like everytime, they are willing to send a person for a fee of Rs 150. I cannot understand with what right they can do this, when they themselves are not showing particular channels, cause if the set top box would have been faulty it should have affected other channels too.In fact they should not even charge me for the days they are not giving me the service. This is a completely fraudulent way of grossing money from the consumers that tata sky is adopting. It wont give you the channels which you have paid for and then would ask you to pay per visit any person whom they'll send, who'll come and call them to temporarily air the channels, and after few days the same cycle would be repeated. I suggest you to address your complaint to tata sky’s official handle @tatasky. They will arrange for a callback and assist you accordingly. I once faced an issue where I paid for the package amount but my account was de-activated. I tweeted regarding this complaint and tata sky immediately responded to my tweet. All I had to do is submit my subscriber ID. The customer service team instantly gave a callback and my account was activated. I suggest you too should provide your subscriber ID either here or tweet regarding your issue with this complaint link. I am sure they will look into your matter and compensate for the days you were unable to view television.
