I have raised two request in the last 20 days for the same issue and both have been closed without providing any resolution
My compliant is that tata cliq voucher for 1750 was given to me which was valid till 30th june. It has been confirmed by the customer care executive that on june 30th the website / link on the voucher was not working from ur side.
Today morning the customer care executive calls me to give only rs 250 gift voucher as a good will gesture. I object asking for 1750. He calls again in the evening and says he cant give any voucher. I ask him to increase rs 1750 recharge amount on my acct. He says not possible. But then i ask to speak to a senior …but he cant connect because of work from home. I ask him to find a solution, as website not functioning was not my problem. But now i have received a message that the request is closed.
How can that happen again. Are these executives monitored on the requests they close on a daily basis and so they close request without any resolution. This has happened for both my requests. Such customer care executives should be taken to task and penalized. They don’t know any rules and just confuse the customer.. Both the times they tell rules which are incorrect and when i point to written communication, they they retract. So frustating
