Tata Sky — tata sky grievance redressal process

Dear Sir,
I am a customer of TATA Sky Cust Id: [protected]
I was shifted my home from Madiravedu, Thiriuverkadu to Pallavan Nagar Thiruverkadu on[protected].

For that i have raised a relocation request with you, your engineer came and install the dish in my new location (Work Order No: 13MU82US) and i was paid Rs. 300 for the same.

You may check the amount deducted Rs. 300 towards relocation in my Mar-2018 transaction.

I logged a service call due to my set top box having sound issue on 28-Jun-2018 (work order no: 15YSB78K)

For that your engineer came and fixed the issue, the charges confirmed by you for the same is Rs. 100, but an amount of Rs. 300 was deducted from my account.

After that, I called Tata Sky customer service to know the reason why the amount of Rs. 200 deducted additionally..?

He told me that he will take a complaint to resolve the issue, a day after your representative called and he told that the charges are deducted because of the relocation, but I was logged a service call how come it became relocation i asked.
He told that you have changed your address so we took your request as relocation.

I was requested for relocation on[protected], why you are not updated my address by the time you done the relocation process...?

Because of the address change how come you charge for relocation, without doing anything...?

Though i called and spoken to your executives so many times why the problem still not addressed...?

Why the customer complaints are not maintained online in the customer account...?

Please address the issue immediately and refund the amount deducted.

If not the issue will be escalated to further more, and you will be charged for frustrating the customer.

My customer id is [protected]. I am Tatasky DTH customer for last 5 years. I am facing signals problem. My Tatasky loses signal between 12.30 am to 9 am thrice a week on random basis. Even after multiple complaints and escalation to various officers in Tatasky customer care, they denied to entertain my complaint citing the randomness. I feel disanointed with the non caring attitude of Tatasky customer care . I want to escalate this complaint to highest person in Tatasky management board.
