[Resolved] Tata Sky — Tata sky HD box from day 1 is exchanged with someone | |||
I got n paid Tatasky connection from 3 Dec 2016.The subscriber Id in my TV screen didn't match the sub Id in my Registered mobile no. Logged complain to dealer, with no help. Logged complaint to Tatasky customer care, but it was just harrasment. They closed the complaint ticket without resolving it. Paid for Dhamaal mix pack n English movies but left out with south special pack (I don't understand any southindian language). Requested to escalate the complaint n resolve, but customer care people cut the phone, show their temper, don't transfer the call to senior executives. Worst experience one can ever have.
