Tata Sky — Tata sky HD set top box and refund of my un justified deducted money | |||
DEAR SIR I (KANDULA SESHAGIRI) CONSUMER OF TATA SKY since year'2007 and my tata sky ID.NO.[protected] reported /complaint that I have been up graded with my existing tata sky set box to HD set box with paid of RS 1500/- on the first week of NOV'15 after installation of set box by tata sky team it was found with in a week time that their provided set box was faulty and they were taken out my NEW HD SET BOX and after REPEATED CONTACTS TO CALL CENTRE AND LOCAL SERVICE CENTRE at last after four days ON DT 24-11-15 they will get back with old HD set box and its seems to be ancient item and mean time they were deducted un justified money of amount of RS 295/- from my account it is very highly objectionable to me and they should retun my RS 295/- and provided new HD set box which I have been paid of RS 1500/- for that. Further I have to think and say that illigal company maintained by TATA SKY and their faith and brand of TATA will be gone . Was this information helpful? | |||

I think you should follow-up with Tata Sky customer support. You can write to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their helpline number at [protected].They are quite prompt in their reply and will help you out. It is more effective way of getting your work done. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will take up your complaint on priority, provide a new HD set top box and compensate for the days you were unable to view television.
