I have been using tata sky for about 2. Years now and and have 3 connections .
Ever since I have purchased the box, the signal level has been incostintent, especially the hd channels.
Every time I call the customer care, they give the usual false promises and send their so called technician . They in turn charge 200 bucks for a visit plus the cost for whatever they replace .
So I have had techniciansvisit my place almost every month, which means every month I am spending 200 bucks plus whatever he is replacing . Till date the problem remains the same.
Tata sky are cheating customers and if they have an iota of shame left, call me back and sort this out instead of just making money . Was this information helpful? |
