Our tata sky subscriber id is [protected]. its a very old account. but ever since hd plus recording box is taken from september 2013, major problem has started. the original box lasted less than 2 years i. e.in june 2015, it stopped working. on july 7, 2015, repaired box was installed which stopped working in late june 2016. every time, charges for the box plus technician visit are deducted. on 1st of july, 2016, another repaired box was installed in the evening and by 11 pm i had to lodge complaint of the box not working properly. Signal keeps going in between for 15-20 seconds. on 2nd the technician came and becuase it did not happen in front of him, he told me to record a video when it happens, i shot the viedeo and forwarded to him.in the meantime, a girl called twice to check whether it has been resolved or not, inspite of my saying no, rs. 900/- has been deducted for the faulty set top box. i have been in touch with coordinator lalit, who promissed me that he is escalating the issue and it will be resolved. when the issue is not resolved how can they deduct money. I requested them to convert it back to normal hd, for this i have been told that new connection charges will be applicable, which i really don't understand.. at the time of coverting from normal to hd, no new connection but now new connection charges... One of the staff is trying to misguide by saying this there may be a cable problem, when the primary connection of hd is working properly with same cable. Also would like to mention, that one of the tehnician charged rs 400/- for the dish which was supposed to be changed by company at the time of some upgradation at their end. This i came to know recently from the technician who came to check this problem yesterday. Would really appreciate if someone can seriously look into the matter and resolve immediately..in the meantime rs. 900/- needs to be credited back to our account Was this information helpful? | |||||

Everytime only someone calls hears the entire story and doesn't do anything. Now without taking proper action, Tata Sky has sent us a message that issue resolved at 10.40 pm yesterday night. How can this be when customer is not satisfied. I want our money to be refunded immediately if faulty set top box is not going to be changed by Tata Sky.
Please refund Rs.900/- immediately and pick up your faulty set top box.
