Dear Sir/Maam Wide complaint No.-NSIY9M3 your technician had visited, seeing that the receiver was broken as the dish was wrongly installed since beginning and it was coming in the walkable area, I suggested him to install it on side around 2 feets on the side so that it doesn't get broken again. Now today i have received this message-- (Greetings from Tata Sky, Charges payable towards WO# NSIY9M3 completed on - 28/03/2016 - is Rs.300/- .
