Tatasky id :[protected] complaint number:tu2qsoh due to setoff box issue due to signal problem taken the connection in 4 months back setoff box is not working customer care suggested me as free of replacement and backend they have charged 550 and disconnected my connection which having 4 months old setoff box. Daily 30 min customer care make to wait and disconnecting the call and forcefully make me to pay the 550 rs else they will not ready to give the connection. Such worst quality of the setoff box being a customer why should suffer. Hope tatsky leaders will take the action regarding this and waiting for the helful reply to continue the tatasky.
