Dear sir,
I have recharged our account on 26/05/2022 by Rs.156.00 ref-IGANQPCKO5, which is confirmed by Bank and successfully by TATA SKY at once. Later on, an SMS was received from TATA SKY at 8.23 PM that " It seems your attempt to recharge was either failed or abandoned by u or was unsuccessful. Ur amount will be refunded in seven working days. I[censored] wish, u can recharge again using the given link.
It is to remind the TATA SKY that the same message was received after recharge during the previous month which was ignored by the undersigned and neither deactivation nor refund of the amount has been taken place till date.
It is not a good practice of TATA SKY and everyone has no surplus funds to recharge again and again and wait for a refund after seven working days.
So I advise you to kindly discontinue this faulty practice as the money was properly transferred from our account to TATA SKY and no failure at all was reported by our banker and resume the services at once failing which this issue will be reported to TRAI for proper action against you.
