Tata Sky — Tata Sky installation pending since 13-APR-2015.

My TATA Sky Subscriber ID is [protected]. I Purchased TATA SKY connection online with help of TATA SKY customer care person and Installation was scheduled on 13 APR but since then I have not receive any call from TATA SKY. I called 5 times and every time CC person says -" I will put your request on high priority and someone contact you very soon for installation time. " No one has replied and not sure how long would it take to. Worst part is ever time I call and the person attend call had no history of previous discussions. TATA Sky has worst customer care service,
