Dear Team,
For the past almost 4-5 days the Tata sky is hardly working . Only 10channels are working. It is given to understand through their advertisement that they are upgrading the system, however their claim that a miss call or msg to their designated number would send their representative to solve the issue is a false. Have been giving them the missed call, but no body has turned up till now.
Even a call to their customer care probably yesterday or day before has fallen to deaf ears.
Hope this complaint is heard by the competent authority and the problem is solved al the earliest. Also the company should ensure that daily subscription charge for these days should not be deducted.
