[Resolved] Tata Sky — Tata Sky Karaoke services | |||||
We are a Tata Sky subscriber. With reference to an web advertisement of Tata Sky Karaoke service I ordered for the same through www.tatasky.com They asked me to deposit Rs. 8589/- in my account to get the services. After making payment, technician came to our house and upgrade the set top box (from HD to +Transfer HD) and provide a mike. From the day one we were not satisfied with the Karaoke service. The performance of back ground music while singing is not at all good. Its background music is not audible once we switch on the mike. We earlier used conventional karaoke but we find tata sky karaoke is not at all acceptable. Then we lodged complaint in www.tatasky.com. They sent the technician (who installed the set top box) but he was not capable to do any settings. He also realized that some thing is wrong when we switch on the koaraoke mike. As I am not at all satisfied with the product I requested Tata Sky to take it back and refund the money. But Tata Sky is not responding. Was this information helpful? | |||||
