Tata Sky — tata sky misguided by customer care and amount not reversed from last 2 months | |
My Tata Sky Sub ID is [protected], I received a call from customer care that you have an offer of Rs.1500/- for 1 year Subscription as the TATA SKY was inactivate for more than 3 months. I confirmed the same 3 times from customer care, and went for reinstallation. After reinstallation I had done recharge of Rs.2000/- on Dt[protected]As the Recharge of Rs.1800/- was unsuccessful on reinstallation date).On Dt.[protected], I received a call from customer care that you have an offer of Rs.1800/-for 1 year subscription, and there is no offer for you in Rs.1500/-.Do you want to continue the same then I replied the person that earlier the offer amount was Rs.1500/-, so if it is possible then proceed otherwise reversed the amount. The customer care person told that he is going to reverse the amount as there is no such offer. Till Date[protected] I have not received the amount of Rs.2000/-from the Tata Sky. I have called so many times to the customer care but no proper response received from Tata Sky.On 23 feb 2018 they have written the reply of same complain that amount will be credited soon.Till date 12 march 2018 amount neither reversed nor credited.
