[Resolved] Tata Sky — Tata Sky Money deducted but did not got subscriber id or order confirmation/ subscriber id | |||
I booked a new connection of Tata sky on 06th September 2021 with following details: Customer Name: Tarun Kumar Mobile No.: [protected] Email ID: [protected]@hotmail.com I did the payment of Rs. 2977.00 and the amount got deducted from my account and the payment was successful but there is no confirmation sms of installation or any details of subscriber id even after 10hrs and just got email of transaction today day. On asking executives at toll free number they asked me to provide subscriber id without which they can't do anything. I explained them that I didn't receive such id. No support received by sending email at [protected]@tatasky.com Screenshots are attached for your reference: Kindly provide me successful booking details or refund my money in my account. This is in reference to the email regarding your Tata sky connection.
We regret the inconvenience caused.
Further to our discussion, we would like to inform you that we have initiated refund for the transaction made on 06/09/2021 of Rs. 2977.00 /- with transaction id DS0609216001674918 from our side.
It might take 7 to 10 working days for the amount to be credited back to the source of the transaction.
In case the amount is not credited after 10 working days, we can also help you with this, if you email us the following details on [email protected]:
1. The first 6 and last 4 digit of your credit/debit card number
2. A scanned copy of Bank statement reflecting the deduction of amount
3. Payment Gateway Number (you may have to contact your bank for Payment Gateway Number)

i am waiting for the resolution. every time when I am trying to reach your customer care I am getting the response that we don't have the access of higher authority to resolve such type of issue .we only help if we have subscriber Id since i yet not received the subscriber id i am feeling helpless .please do the needful as soon as possible for more detailed information i am sharing the screenshot of all the stages.
