Tata Sky — Money deducted but not getting order confirmation

I was booking a new connection of Tata sky on 5th july 2021 with following details:
Registered Name: Zaheer Hussain
Mobile No.: [protected]
Email ID: zaheer.[protected]@gmail.com
I did the payment of Rs.2820 and the amount got deducted from my account and the payment was successful but there is no confirmation sms. i contacted Customer care they are unable to take complaints as well they provided one email id like [protected]@tatasky.com. i too mail that address with my concern as well attached all the references. but i got auto response mail but my problem is not resolved.
