Tata Sky — Tata Sky no services and signal issued in new connection - RMN [protected]

For past 7 days we are not getting any signal in our TV, got the new connection and installation. Best part is there is no way to contact the customer service/call centre. After en number of try, I am getting response that by today evening it will be resolved, but nothing has happened. This is very frustrating. All I get is messages that my work order is in queue. Please do the needful to unsubscribe and refund the initial amount as there are no services since then. I wish to choose different service provider.
