Tata Sky — Tata sky no signal for last 7 days and email, helline not responding at all

My tata sky not working for last 7 days because of signal. Same problem was occurred 15 days back too tata sky was idle for 5 days. There is no proper contact details available as helpline are just useless. I am not able talk to their representative directly. Company has manipulated helpline auto response. Even last time I filed complaint but these people are stubborn. I need money for all these days and they should be paying penalty too similar to maintenance charge company incurred from customer.
