Tata Sky — Tata Sky - no singanl and complaint lodged but did not response yet

Hi Team, For last 15 days i facing no signal error on may of the channels. Tata Sky has been taking their customers and consumers on ride and for granted. In the name o[censored]pgradation, their services are not working for last 15 days but they continue to Charge the customers. Their Customer Service numbers are not reachable and they have not been scheduling any technicians to attend it either.
