Tata Sky — TATA SKY - Non Relay of Channels

My Tata Sky I.D. [protected] from Bangalore. I have made several compliant to Tata sky customer care, they don't bother and don't have courtesy to call and tell their problem till date. My date of compliant is 02.04.2015 My WO No. NS[protected] dt. 02.04.15 time 22.35 hrs. I never thought this type of behaviour from Tata sky. Now they are sending SMS stating that the compliant made has been cancelled without attending, this is funny to hear. The company has got several customer does not know the courtesy. They are taking money and bluffing peoples not relaying channels. Every time while making compliant they will tell we call you with 24 hours, but they don't have time and 24 hours has not come for them to attend.Just see how they are cheating the peoples after taking money. If call to their customer care we have to pay every day at least Rs. 25/- per day. I have spend Rs. 500/- till now for contacting them. Some of persons Mr Arif, Mr Kowshik and Manager Mr Nil Kumar of tata sky don't find time to restore the problem but they know how take money and how to ask customer to wait in phone and don't have courtesy. Now I have feed up with them and kindly tell me what legal action can i take against this company. I want to send legal notice to them. Please tell the correct address and person to whom i can send the notice. I have made compliant through your forum also but i did not get any positive reply. Please sent this urgent mail to them and ask them they are having time or only having time to chit chat without doing any work. I don't know how tata sky keeping such a worst peoples and how they are paying salary to them.
