[Resolved] Tata Sky — tata sky not addressing complaints | |||
Hi Team - I upgraded to Tatasky HD setup box for my 2 connections, which are faulty from the day go. Registered 9 complaints in this regard, on every complaint I was asked to share a time when a technical visit can be done however, also I have been asked to recharge my account so Tata sky can resolve the complaints however all complaints were closed with no technicians visit. Moreover post the complaints were closed Tatasky team calls me to confirm whether complaint is resolved or not and when I highlight about the no show to my complaints nothing is done.
