Tata Sky — Tata sky not honouring offers made by it to customers

My Tata Sky account [protected] shows even as of now that I should recharge with 7500 for renewal of mega pack. So I recharged with the amount and requested for recharge. I was flatly told that prices are internally revised 4 day back and I will have to pay 490 more. All requests to keep the offer made by company did not yield any result.
