Tata Sky — Tata Sky not installing the Device after movement | |||
Hello, I have recently moved to a new house and have registered a case with tatasky for installation of the devices dated on 30th April .The work reference no is HW4AN3Z. I have not received any call from TATA Sky even after 4 days registering the complaint. I had to call several times to the toll free number provided by tatasky and every time the agent pickups the call says we will arrange a call back for you but no call back. After several tries of calling the tatasky call center, a technician (from no [protected]) called me and said he will come to apartment after a week for installation but he is not sure about date and time and if I am not ok to wait, should call the tollfree and leave the connection if required. This kind of behavior and after sales support, I have never expected from tatasky. If tatasky not ok to provide support, should take the devices out of my house, as this is wastage for me and of no use . Regards Anirban Bose [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
