[Resolved] Tata Sky — tata sky not responding | |||||
I am satish chand. My subscriber i'd is [protected]. On 13th august i have complained file a complaint on tata sky customer care that my tata sky setup box is not working. They said i am send our technician to check your setup box when he come he said it is defected and it is changed when you convert your setup box in hd the company gave you a 3 months hd channels free on you tata sky. But after the installation on 20th august no channel will come on my tv. When i call them now they said the hd channels are free only for one month only when you recharge your base pack. Then why they said that hd channels are free on your tata sky i'd. Please reply me fast what can i do. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Sir, we dismantled Tata Sky on 08.08.2017 by Tata Sky distributor in DD Colony, Hyderabad.Even after several requests no body is coming for fixing in Tirupati, Padmavathipuram.
