[Resolved] Tata Sky — tata sky not responding to complaint logged on 21.04.2018 | |||
I have logged a complaint on 21.04.2018 late evening of non functioning of my tata sky channels. Customer care executive told me technician will visit on 22.04.2018 but yesterday entire day (I cancelled my plans being sunday) waiting for executive but no one came from tata sky. Again yesterday (22.04.2018) i called up tata sky call centre and complaint of such unprofessional behaviour, executive told that technician will visit on monday and will call by 10:00 am early morning. But till now no one has called neither visited my home. Was this information helpful? | |||
