Tata Sky — Tata sky not start after recharge 1250 Rs

tata sky Recharge 21june15 at 1250Rs but its notstart when i call [protected] then msg came shortly contact but till not contact .and tata sky not start but balance deduct my acctt without use service. So pl take nessurey action yr end. Otherwise i go to consumet form .
