Tata Sky — Tata sky not used and deducted the balance

I had a word with their customer care now at 7.20 and i explained them that i was not in Mumbai due to certain death in the family from 10 may to 30 may and it is showing in their system that the tv is not used.So when i came back to Mumbai it asked me to recharge the tata sky package.So i request them to refund that amount as I have not used.The lady was too rude and she disconnected the call.Plz look into this matter.
