Tata Sky — Tata Sky Not working even after complaints raised multiple times.

HelpDesk, My tata Sky channels are not working for more than 6 months. there is continuously signal problems in almost all the channels. The complaint is raised in helpdesk and there is no proper response till date . They create a compliant and close it saying its resolved by not even attending to it. The helpdesk is total waste and no body responds to our requests properly. Then why are they charging for the prescription if there are signal issues ? Pathetic service.
