My Tata Sky Subscriber id is [protected]. Most of the channels do not work including DD1. Because their site said that they were upgrading their systems, I had waited for a couple of days and then complained on 4th Apr 2015. I had a similar experience during March when Kannada channels were not visible during evenings, but after about 10 days, the problem got solved even without any technician visit. After my complaint on 4th Apr 2015, I received a message saying that a technician would contact me shortly. But that "Shortly" has not materialized till date. I have received a message from Tatasky last week that they would be crediting 2 days of subscription to my account! It is now over two weeks that I have this problem, and instead of solving it quickly, Tatasky has shown their MAGNANIMITY by crediting 2 days of subscription! How generous of them! To summarize, it has been a horrible experience and appalling serviceby Tatasky.
Please assist in rectification.
