We wanted to activate the star sports channel service and trying from 6pm i'm calling customer care but it never connects and it took almost 2hrs to connect, once it gets connect they ask me to login via website and activate the service and best part is website is down. At night 1.30am i get a call from customer care to ask what problem i'm facing seriously this is ridiculous 😠😠 they don't even check the time before calling and in the morning when i check my annual subscription has been changed to monthly subscription.
