I had reported an issue of pack changing automatically, my monthly package was 390 rupees, 1st time i have received message like your monthly charges rs 1142 rupees and second time i have received message your monthly charges rs 1962 and your id has been deactivated due to low balance.
When i have called to customer care than they are saying local dealer has changed your package. Than i have took the local dealer also on conference call and dealer was denying that they have not done any changes in customer packages.
Without any customer information how they can changed the package?
@i have received the call from back end team simply he has taken the feedback and he has closed the request i have received the message like your request number : 10aicc89 is resolved. But the problem is still not resolved.
I am one of the persons in india who still believes in the tata brand. But it is very sad that my issue is still not resolved even after 24 hours. I have called the customer service number [protected] four times today.
And i get only one answer that we will forward your request. So i fail to understand what have they been doing for the past 24 hours. When our package is expiring we get a call from the customer care at least 2 days prior to activate our accounts. But when we are facing service issue it not even gets resolved in 24 hours.
Is this how tata works now? It's a very unprofessional attitude and the customers are totally dissatisfied.
