[Resolved] Tata Sky — Tata sky poor customer service | |||||
I am a tata sky customer with customer id - [protected] residing in chennai. After the recent cyclone hit my tata sky stopped receiving the signal. I filed a complaint on 24th dec regarding the issue. The technician came to visit only after a week on 31st dec. He changed some wire and charged 200 (Visit charges) + 100 (Wire change charges)+20 (Some activating cost). When he left tata sky worked fine for about 3-4 hours after which the picture gets stuck every 4-5 mins. Today, after just 1 week, when i call them about this problem they say it's a different kind of problem so we will have to pay 200 visit charges again. So that means, every day if i face an issue i will have to pay 200 again and again. The issue was resolved only for 4 hours the day technician came and i am reporting it only after 7 days. What kind of customer service is this? On top of that your customer service agent was rude enough to shout and force me to pay more money. Was this information helpful? | |||||

My setup box not working, got replacement with another non working setup box. Got charged it and have to change one more setup. This happened in 8 days. 22 ND complaint lodged no end resolution. It was closed by giving fake information as it working. Second complaint no action and no resolution. Customer care disconnecting calls
