Tata Sky — Tata sky-Poor response from the Customer service

From April 6th onwards my tv was showing no signal message.its more than 2 weeks no technician ever visited my home to fix this issue even after multiple calls to customer care number.
Called toll free number more than 4 times and no one ever responded.They called back after multiple calls and cut the call within seconds before i finish what was my complaint.
On 20th April we called again and customer support confirmed that technician will visit the next day but still no sign of any one to resolve the issue.
And they have sent message on 18th April saying my complaint (WO: NS[protected] is now cancelled with out resolving
Now i got all the reminders /alerts/SMS that i need to recharge my account in next two days as my current subscription is getting over.
They have deducted the amount where they have not even provided their service for more than two weeks.
Need proper compensation for the poor service and customer care they have shown for the entire duration wasting money and time.
