Tata Sky — Tata sky poor service & Torture of technitians | |||
Hi, I am facing signal issues on my tata sky connection since 3rd apr. I have lodged a complaint at tata sky customer care thrice but not getting any response. For my first complaint WO: NS[protected], the technitian visited our house, checked the dish camera & suggested we are facing issues with regional channels cos of camera not capturing signals properly & needs to be changed. We questioned him, in that case, how can we see hindi channels, he had no answer to it. He disappeared & refused to attend any calls if we are not interested in changing camera. I lodged another complaint for NO signal on 4th apr. WO: NS[protected], after4days technitian santosh assigned to our location called me for address, & within next 5 minutes of our conversation i got the message that my complaint is resolved. Upon checking with Mr. Santosh for the reason, he explained me that he knows the issue & anyway visiting to resolve it, i told him you cannot resolve the complaint without visiting even, he said sorry & said i will come & complete the call. He came, checked & went on for reinstall of tatasky, informed my dad, that after half an hour, restart set top box, follow installation instructions, my dad followed the same, but it is stuck at signal lock . We reported it to Mr. santosh again & asked him to come & visit the house. He is informing us, his failure to visit over and again, not responding to calls even. I have been trying to reach your call center, but even after a long hold, calls are getting disconnected. I hope your forum will help us with resolution now.
