[Resolved] Tata Sky — tata sky recharge amount debited cannot view channels

Hi i have recharged my tata sky account through phone pay app twice, the amount got deducted but still i can't view the channels my tata sky subscriber id is [protected] with the transaction id p1909260800576957904149 and p1909260825074138908697 please i want the money to be credited back to my acc as soon as possible. Kindly look into this matter. I have already sent the complaint twice but there's no response from your end kindly respond to my complaint as soon as possible
