Tata Sky — Tata sky recharge refund needed

I had accidently done my previous recharge of 271 rs on tata sky it was supposed to go for tata play in gpay from my bank acount. I need a refund as soon as possible for the same. There as been no action from their side. I want my previous recharge refund.
