[Resolved] Tata Sky — tata sky refuse to resolved quality signal related issue

I install tata sky on 8th may 2019. which technician come to instal they have not proper instument. you can see in attached file singnal quality is TOO LOW.
i complain in Tata sky they promise to resoleved my problem but now all are refuse to solved my problem.
please help me
please solved my problem otherwise refund my money.
