Tata Sky — Tata Sky refused replacement of burnt out set top box within warranty

Subscriber ID [protected] Tata Sky is a cheat. My hd+ set top box burnt out on its own in less than one year of installation. Service technician refused to replace saying his area service manager refusing. Whenever I call their helpline the executives say I am entitled to free replacement. But area service manager Mr Amit always says no. Tata Sky is duping its consumers.
