I have relocated within the city and It's been 4 days now and no one from TATA SKY has even bothered to follow up on my request regarding re installation. I have been calling and asking help desk for an update and they are running a pre defined script 'we have escalated this and we will arrange the call back asap and someone would reach out to you shortly. This is Absolutely Ridiculous. I have asked an agent to speak to someone from the management and the HOLD MUSIC continue...
I guess this is the way how Tata sky treats its premium customer.
